STUDIO by Rock Garden, 9 Scarcroft Rd, York YO23 1ND, UKAs it's Open Studios we are planning a walk around some of Yorks Local artists and their studios. Obviously we won't get around all of them but we will try and plan a nice route and hopefully sneak in a bit of nature as well. It will be a nice chance to see the products of York's creative minds!
Chesham, London, Underground Ltd, Station Approach, Chesham HP5 1DH, UKJoin Hannah and Rob, as Wildish Club London heads out for a walk in the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We’ll meet at Chesham Rail station and set off at 13:30 to follow along the curve of the River Chess, ending at Chalfont and Latimer station.

Butser Roundhouse Cafe, X2G7+C9, Petersfield GU32 1QR, UKJoin Bex for a walk around Butser Hill at the Round Tower. We will head across the top of Butser and down the North Facing slope of Butser to a lovely switch back through the trees which are plentiful with wild garlic which we will forage and then enjoy some delicious wild garlic treats together.
YWT Moorlands Woodland Nature Reserve, 2RE, Moor Ln, York YO32 2RE, UKOn this walk we will be connecting to nature and the world around us though the act of drawing. Don't worry, this is not about being the next Da Vinci, it's more about using drawing as an almost mediative process as we walk around some of Yorks green areas. All materials will be provided.

Awesome Walls, Sheffield, Garter St, Sheffield S4 7QX, UKCurious about climbing but not sure where to begin? Join us for a fun and supportive 2-hour taster session at Awesome Walls Climbing Centre in Sheffield. This session is designed for beginners and those wanting a friendly re-introduction to climbing.
Hackfall Wood, Ripon HG4 3DE, UKJoin us for an afternoon adventuring in Hackfall wood. This is a beautiful SSSI ancient woodland in North Yorkshire. We will be on the hunt for winter mushrooms and find the beautiful ruins within the wood. We will also stop and try and learn different cloud patterns!
https://maps.app.goo.gl/e4Jrq4odwHcUmnmG7We’ll start and finish at Theydon Bois Station, quickly stepping straight from the Central Line into ancient woodland. The route weaves through old oaks, open clearings, quiet lanes and a few unexpectedly storybook corners (the kind that make you forget you’re still inside the M25). With a bit of luck, we’ll notice the earliest stirrings of spring. 10.2 km, but manageable, with just under 100 m of gentle ascent. Expect mud in places, crisp air, friendly people and pauses for seasonal noticing
