Half this blend comes from Daterra, one of Brazil’s most respected coffee estates — a place where innovation meets the soil. They're known for running one of the most sustainable farms in the world, rewilding land, experimenting with processing, and producing beautifully balanced beans that just… work.
The other half comes from Mountain Harvest, high up on the slopes of Uganda’s Mount Elgon. These beans are grown by smallholder farmers working with care and intention — often on just a few hectares each. The team at Mountain Harvest supports them with fair pay, training, and the tools to produce exceptional coffee. You can taste the effort in every cup.
