A monthly letter and art for outside people.
We post the Field Notes Club on the 15th of every month. Mid-month, when you've forgotten what day of the week it is, and the post needs to be something other than a bill. Inside every envelope is: a letter from Oz, a numbered field note to keep, a postcard to send to someone else and a little something extra, all illustrated by the artist Jonny Boatfield. It's slow. It's small. It's the opposite of an email.
All membership helps fund Wildish Club.
Wildish Field Notes Club
Each month has a theme, something that we love about nature, and you can hopefully find or see where you are that month.
The Letter
A short letter from Oz on what we've been noticing. The kind of thing you'd want to read with a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning.
The Field Note
A double-sided original illustrated print. One side is the naturalist's notebook - illustration with notes, labels, the small details. The other is a clean version, ready to frame or pin up. Designed to be kept.
The Postcard
Something for someone else. Wildish Club is about connection - and the post is the slowest, best version of that. Every envelope includes a postcard designed for you to send to someone you've been meaning to write to. Address it, stamp it, drop it in the box...or, keep it for yourself.
Something Special
A small extra, themed to the month. Could be a recipe card, a seed packet, a sticker, a small print.
