Best enjoyed by a crackling fire.
Grown at 1,550m in the highlands of Huehuetenango and between 1,500–2,200m in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, this blend brings together sweet Caturra and vibrant Ethiopian Heirloom coffees. Cultivated by smallholder farmers using traditional, low-impact methods, these beans reflect the character of the landscapes and communities they come from. We think it tastes like milk chocolate, cranberry, and mulled cider.

hunker - ethiopia & guatemala
Grown in the high mountain regions of Huehuetenango and Ethiopia’s Sidamo, Hunker brings together two landscapes where coffee is deeply tied to family, craft, and tradition. In Guatemala, the smallholder farmers of Los Laureles tend their Caturra trees on cool, steep slopes, drawing on generations of knowledge. In Sidamo, Ethiopian Heirloom varietals grow among enset, shade trees, and small family gardens, forming part of one of the most biodiverse coffee regions in the world. Both origins rely on low-impact farming that protects soils, forests, and water sources, with most families working just a few hectares of mixed crops and coffee. Their care, patience, and connection to place shape a blend made for winter’s quiet moments. Steady, comforting, and full of depth.
