About the Event
Join Bex and the Hampshire Wildish Club on a Wildish Wander of Beacon Hill. Starting at 11 am, we will explore this area of scientific interest and enjoy stunning views across the Solent and of Old Winchester Hill.
We will descend into the Meon Valley to the pretty village of Exton, head along the former Meon Valley Railway line to Warnford to see the watercress beds, before a stiff climb back up Beacon Hill
The walk is 10km across undulating terrain with some steep descents and climbs, there are several stiles to cross and the footpaths will be a mix but with some quite uneven pathways.

What to bring: some sturdy footwear and weather appropriate clothing.
Parts of this walk are very steep on rough ground so please do ensure you are wearing something suitable
