About the Event
As summer begins to fade into autumn, we'll be heading to RSPB Lochwinnoch for an evening discovering one of Britain's most fascinating mammals.
This special guided event is being run by the RSPB, who'll help us learn about the different bat species found on the reserve, how they navigate the night and why they're such an important part of our wildlife. As darkness falls, we'll head out together to listen for bat calls and hopefully catch glimpses of these remarkable creatures as they emerge to feed.
This is a wonderful chance to experience nature in a completely different way and enjoy an evening outdoors with other Wildish Club members.
Please note: This event is organised by the RSPB and places are limited, so you'll need to book your own ticket directly with them before attending. Book here: https://events.rspb.org.uk/events/137840
Meeting Point: RSPB Lochwinnoch Car Park
Time: 7:45pm
