About the Event
July's Wildish theme is Water, and to that end we are going to learn all about natural winemaking at the incredible Hebron Vineyard, run by Paul and Jemma.
We'll have a tour of the vines, and then head into the 'Black tin shed' to taste the natural wines of Wales and pick Paul's brain about all things viticulture.
We will also be having a selection of tapas dishes lovingly prepared by Jemma and thoughtfully curated to pair with the wines.
There are only 10 places available on this tour so please book quickly to avoid disappointment!
