WHAT'S HAPPENING:
Join us for a fascinating half-day workshop with Hyphae Mushrooms, where you’ll dive into the magical world of shiitake cultivation.
We’ll begin with an introduction to Hyphae — who we are and the work we do — before exploring the lifecycle of shiitake mushrooms in a classroom session.
Then it’s hands-on:
• Practical 1: Make your own spawn using cardboard culture
• Classroom 2: Learn the principles of log cultivation for shiitake mushrooms
