CAMBRIDGE: Eddington Walk and Pond Dipping
Join the Cambridge Wildish Club for a summer afternoon walk around Eddington and some Pond Dipping. We will be looking at how Eddington has been developed to make it sustainable and ecologically friendly and will discover wildflowers/voles/birds and other wonders.

About the Event
Join the Wildish Club for a summer afternoon's walk  - around the unique new development  that is Eddington.
We will be looking at how Eddington has been developed to make it sustainable and ecologically friendly and will discover wildflowers/voles/birds and other wonders.
We will have Ben Grieg with us from OntheVergeCambridge.org.uk for some pond dipping afterwards to examine bugs and water creatures they have here.
There is also some amazing art here including an almost hidden mirror wall, a lagoon, architecture and an ancient oak tree! Â Janny and Jonny will be providing info as we go.
Afterwards - Douce is available for drinks hot and cold. There is a beautiful garden nearby to stroll around.
Or Douce Heights - again drinks /pizzas available with wonderful views over the nearby countryside and if we are lucky swifts to entertain us !
Meeting Point: Â Meet up at 2.00 outside Dulcedo Social - opposite Sainsbury's entrance.

Walking difficulty:Â Flat and easy.
