Best enjoyed lying in a field of wildflowers.
And painting pictures in the clouds.
This coffee is something special.
We think it tastes a bit like mandarin, ginger and green tea.
It’s beautifully light, rare and sweet.

growth - honduras agua dulce geisha
the story
the facts
the brew
Grown in the flourishing hills of Santa Bárbara, Honduras, this Geisha from the Agua Dulce micro-region thrives at around 1,600–1,800 m above sea level. The high-elevation volcanic soils bring a delicate balance of minerals and gentle acidity, ideal for producing world-class Geisha.
Harvested strictly by hand, only fully ripe cherries make it into the lot. The beans are then washed—retaining that crisp, tea-like clarity synonymous with top-tier Geisha—and dried slowly on raised beds under the sun, enhancing brightness while preserving sweetness.
